Raspberry Protein Smoothie
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
1/3 cup low sugar granola cereal
1 tbsp fat-free vanilla yogurt or soy yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice (for more tang) or
1/2 cup skimmed milk or soy milk (for more sweeter)
2 tbsp vanilla or chocolate whey powder (optional)
Firstly blend ice, orange juice or milk and yogurt together. Next add whey powder (optional) and granola, blend again. Then add raspberries andpulse several times to make sure it is mixed well. Enjoy!
