Plum Berry Smoothie
1 handful of blueberries
½ glass of cranberry juice
4 tablespoons of greek yogurt or soy yogurt
4-5 ice cubes
Remove the stone from the plums and roughly chop them and place in the blender. Add the blueberries, banana, cranberry juice, greek yogurt, then the ice. Blend until smooth.
